Low Dose, Digital X-rays in Salisbury

Dental x-rays create images of the inner parts of the tooth, underlying and surrounding bone, and other structures of the jaw and head. X-rays are important diagnostic tools because they allow our pediatric dentist to see things that otherwise would be invisible.

For children in particular, dental x-rays are important to screen for dental cavities and abnormalities that frequently present during growth and development. Without periodic x-rays, your child will be susceptible to problems that can jeopardize their long-term oral health.

While x-rays are an important piece of our care, we also understand the risks of radiation exposure. Therefore, our office uses high quality digital x-rays which expose patients to less radiation compared to conventional x-rays. Our treatment rooms are private and fully closed to prevent any accidental exposure from other patients taking x-rays.  Call us at (410) 202-8515 to schedule an appointment.
